Saifco Agrotech Engineers manufactures Vibro Separator with Aspirator systems for flour mills, grain processing plants and food processing industries. This machine is designed for efficient grain cleaning by removing dust, husk, straw, light impurities, oversized particles and other unwanted foreign materials before further processing.

The combination of vibratory screening and air aspiration provides effective preliminary cleaning of wheat and other grains, improving the quality of raw material entering the flour milling process.

Working Principle

The machine works through two cleaning stages:

  1. Vibratory Separation: Grain passes over vibrating screens, where oversized and undersized impurities are separated according to particle size.

  2. Air Aspiration: An adjustable airflow system removes lightweight impurities such as dust, husk, chaff and straw from the grain.

The cleaned grain is then discharged for further processing in the flour mill plant.
