MAIN MACHINES IN BESAN PLANT
1. Vibro Cleaner
Used for removing dust, husk, impurities and foreign materials from raw gram before further processing.
2. Vibro Destoner
Separates stones and other heavy impurities from chana through controlled vibration and air aspiration.
3. Dal Mill / Chana Processing System
Processes cleaned gram according to the required besan production process.
4. Besan Pulverizer / Grinding Machine
The main grinding unit designed to produce fine and uniform gram flour.
5. Cyclone
Separates and collects the ground product from the air stream while improving material recovery.
6. Vibro Sifter
Provides efficient separation of fine besan and coarse particles to achieve the desired mesh size.
7. Dust Collection System
