A Dalia Cutter Machine (also known as a Dalia Making Machine or Cracked Wheat Machine) is an industrial or semi-industrial device used to break whole wheat grains into coarse, uniform granules (broken wheat) without grinding them into fine flour.
Maintenance Tips
Blade Sharpening: Ensure the cutting plates or rollers are checked monthly to maintain uniform grain size.
Dust Management: Regularly clean the Jet Filter (shown in your photos) to prevent the motor from overheating and to ensure the dalia remains dust-free.
Lubrication: Keep the motor and bearings lubricated to handle the high-RPM (usually around 1440–1500 RPM) required for commercial output.
